The PLK-E Series machine is the fourth and current generation of the PLK. It uses a standard floppy disk for pattern memory as well as an internal memory. The machines are equipped with an on-board touch screen for making sewing patterns and customizing parameters. All sewing parts and electronic components are available.

Servo Motors & Programmers:

The high function F-Series servo can be used as the machine drive motor for all lockstitch and chainstitch sewing equipment. Adding attachments such as sensor controlled choppers, thread savers, bottom hemming, etc. are easily configured.  

Standard refers to our conventional machines without thread trimmers. There are models for light and heavy weight sewing applications for apparel, leathergoods, car seats and much more. Single and double needle models with a variety of needle gauge parts are available. Feeding systems include drop feed, needle feed, compound feed, and drop feed with upper feed. Trimmer Machines:

Trimmer refers to our conventional machines with automatic thread trimming and backtacking. The machines are designed for use with our state of the art F-Series servo motor and XC-E500Y pattern selector. Newly designed electric and air foot lifts round out the electronics package. There are models for light and heavy weight sewing applications for apparel, leather goods, car seats and much more. Single and double needle models with a variety of needle gauge parts are available.
